On Saturday 6th September 2025, the newly elected and appointed Executive Committee of the UniSey Alumni Association held its first official team-building activity at La Plaine St. André, the historic home of Takamaka Rum.
The day offered a meaningful opportunity for members to grow closer as a team, exploring the beautifully restored estate, learning about the distillation process, and immersing themselves in the aromas, history, and craftsmanship behind Seychelles’ most iconic rum.
The guided tour was both educational and engaging, filled with shared curiosity, discussions, and plenty of laughter. As our Association takes its first steps guided by a shared vision, this experience marked an important milestone in building unity and collaboration within the Executive Committee.
