Yanyk Servina is the Secretary of the UniSey Alumni Association and a graduate of the University of Seychelles with a degree in Business Administration. His academic foundation has provided him with the tools to excel in organizational management, people operations, and strategic planning, shaping a career that reflects both professional growth and service to community. He began his career in Human Resources and Budget Management, where he gained valuable expertise in aligning organizational efficiency with the needs of people. This balance between operational structure and human connection remains at the heart of his professional philosophy.

Yanyk’s commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. He was selected as an Engagement Volunteer for the 2025 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Seychelles, where he played a key role in volunteer training, coordination, and welfare. This experience has not only allowed him to contribute to an international event of national pride but has also highlighted his leadership and organizational strengths in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

In his role as Secretary of the UniSey Alumni Executive Committee, Yanyk is responsible for preparing agendas and minutes, managing official communication, and supporting the planning of alumni events. He ensures that the Association’s activities are run smoothly and documented effectively, helping to strengthen its governance and impact.
